However, due to COVID-19 we ask that if you are able to utilize our telehealth services to please do so.
We do require that all patients who experience physical symptoms of COVID-19 or suspect illness, to utilize our telehealth services.
Due to the fluctuating number of COVID cases, we also require that all in-person appointments provide proof of Booster done within a year of scheduled appointments or a negative COVID test (done 3 days prior to your scheduled appointments).
For your safety and the safety of all our Kupuna who visit the clinic in person, please know that we sanitize the office before and after each visit and require that you wear a mask that adequately covers both your nose and mouth at all times.
Eating and drinking is not allowed in the clinic.
Dr. will also take your temperature(s) prior to entering the clinic.

On 10/15/23 & 9/16/24 all staff have also obtained the Pfizer COVID Booster for the XBB. 1.5 Omicron subvariant, which data has also shown to help neutralize current variants circulating, including the BA. 2.86 and EG.
